LIGHTING FIRES IN QUEENSLAND - PRE-MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORMS
Under section 65 of the Fire and Rescue Act 1990, any person wishing to light a fire in an open area of more than 2 meters in any direction must be in possession of, and comply with, a permit to light fire.

If you wish to join a Rural Fire Brigade there are a number of steps you need to follow in the application process.
